Can I have samples before my order? MOQ?
Yes.We welcome sample inquiries.
For standard model, MOQ: 1 pcs.
For customized project, MOQ: 30pcs after sample confirmed.

Do you provide software for ordering/self service?
No, we don’t provide the ordering/self service software.
We are hardware manufacturer, mainly serve for client that develop software themselves or hardware distributors.

When will my order ship?
Lead time depends on models and stock.
Standard models: 3-5 working days. Customized: 25-30 working days

How long is your warranty?
We have 13 months warranty for all products, including RMA service, remote maintenance and video manual.

Can I make changes before I ship?
Generally we confirm the order details before payment and start to process.
If there are some unexpected change before shipping, for standard kiosk, we can coordinate as much as possible. For customized project, it is difficult to change.
So we suggest client to fully express your demands and confirm before payment.
